The first is the Screw Neck HPLC Vials, which has four sizes: 8mm, 9mm, 10mm and 13mm. The 8mm Screw Neck HPLC Vials has the smallest opening and is most suitable for Shimadzu’s Autosampler. The 9mm Screw Neck HPLC Vials can be applied to different types of Autosamplers. The larger opening and smooth shoulder-neck lines are very suitable for autosampler grabbing. Most autosamplers of various types and brands can be adapted, with shorter threads. The wide opening of the 10mm Screw Neck Vial ensures the accuracy of sample injection, and the sealing and anti-evaporation effect of the long thread is better. The 13mm screw neck vial has the largest opening and the standard capacity is 4ml. Caps use uniform high-quality polypropylene materials. Caps of 8mm, 10mm and 13mm can only be made in black or white. Caps of 9mm can be used in different colors. The specific colors need to be customized by customers.

The second is the Snap Neck HPLC Vial. The opening diameter of this type of Vial is 11mm. The neck of the Snap Top HPLC Vial is very simple. There is only a ring of grooves. This groove is to correspond to the four protrusions on the Cap. The bumps all enter the groove, and a “click” sound will sound, which indicates that the sealing of the Snap Top HPLC Vials is complete. Aijiren recommends that Snap Neck HPLC Vial should only be used for short-term sample storage, because its tightness is not strong, and it is not suitable for long-term storage of samples or storage of volatile samples. The matching Cap of the Snap Neck Vial produced by Aijiren is made of high-quality polypropylene, and four protrusions are designed in the middle of the Cap. These four protrusions are the buckles stuck on the neck of the Vial.

The third is Crimp Neck HPLC Vials. The neck of Crimp Neck HPLC Vials produced by Aijiren is a circle of smooth caliber without grooves and lines. This is to facilitate the use of Hand Crimper for sealing. The Cap made of Aluminum deforms and wraps the HPLC Vials after being squeezed by Hand Crimper. The sealing effect is achieved at the caliber. Generally speaking, Crimp Neck HPLC Vials has the best sealing performance and is most suitable for long-term storage of samples or volatile samples. In addition, Aijiren can also print logos, scales, labels, etc. on the vial body, which is convenient for customers to use. The vial produced by Aijiren is usually divided into two colors, clear and amber. Amber glass can protect light-sensitive samples.

The Closures produced by Aijiren for HPLC Vials use high-quality polypropylene to make PP Cap. Customers can choose whether to have a center hole. Cap with a center hole is more convenient for Autosampler to perform puncture sampling. When puncturing and sampling, not only through the Cap, but also through the Septa produced by Aijiren. Aijiren uses Silicone and PTFE with an exclusive adhesive-free compound method to make Septa. The machine cuts into circles of the same size and pads them into the Cap. Strengthen the seal inside Vial. In order to facilitate sample injection, Aijiren can also provide Septa with pre-slit. There are also two types of pre-slit, one-shaped and cross-shaped. The type of pre-slit can be selected according to whether the needle is blunt or not.
