The tapered micro-insert with polymer feet can be self-aligned and kept upright, keeping the micro-insert aligned with the direction of sample injection. The conical glass micro-insert does not require a spring, and it can be placed directly into the sample bottle when injecting. It is the most economical choice for micro-injection. Compared with the flat bottom, the cone-bottomed inner insert tube has lower residues, and the bracket can be used for injection The needle protects and raises the liquid level.

The flat-bottom micro-insert is an alternative to the economical limited-volume sample bottle. Compared with the other two micro-inserts, the capacity is larger, and the flat-bottom is more stable. It can reach the bottom of Autosampelr Vials straight, which is very convenient for customers.
