Vials with micro blades are becoming more and more popular in small batch sample processing. Aijiren vials combine the robustness of glass vials with the advantages of glass microinserts. The glass microinsert is firmly fixed in the conical cup of the vial with its edge slightly over the edge of the vial to ensure a tight seal between the septum and the glass.

The Snap Cap produced by Aijiren is made of polypropylene with Septa in the middle. Place the Cap on the Via and press it down with your hand to hear a “click”. If the cap is tight, it is difficult to sample. If the installation is too loose, the seal is not very good and the septum may fall off.

The 11mm crimp cap is sealed by squeezing the septum between the edge of the glass vial and the crimped aluminum cap. This is an excellent seal to prevent evaporation. Crimping cap vials requires crimping tools to perform the sealing process.

As far as the autosampler compatibility is concerned, the crimping cap N11 is also universally applicable. It can be sealed and unsealed with the 11mm Hand Crimper and 11mm Hand Decrimper produced by Aijiren.

The crimping of the top sample bottle requires a painted aluminum crimp seal, which is relatively inexpensive and provides the best sealability for long-term storage when properly assembled.
