Components of PTFE Syringe Filters These syringe filters usually have a hydrophobic PTFE filter medium and are placed in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. In order to obtain a higher filtering effect, there are two types of outlets, one is a male Luer sliding outlet, and the other is a female Luer lock inlet.
PTFE syringes are designed to provide high purity and performance, and can even be gas sterilized, non-sterilized or autoclaved. These syringes have different types of caps for separation and purification. Each unit contains two pre-filters, which can easily filter difficult or corrosive samples. They are designed in such a way that almost no labor is required.
The PTFE syringe filter does not contain tritium, has a bidirectional membrane support and Luer lock inlet/outlet, and a safe and suitable syringe. The membrane type and pore size are printed on each filter for easy identification. All Aijiren syringe filters are 100% integrity tested and comply with ISO 9002 standards. The sterilization filter uses gamma rays for sterilization. No pyrogen, no cytotoxicity.
