Snap Cap

The Septa used in 11mm Snap Closures is a composite of Silicone and PTFE. Generally, the thickness of Septa is 1mm, which can meet the sealing requirements of 11mm Snap Closures. Aijiren buys high-quality Silicone and PTFE and presses them into a thin layer. Using an exclusive compounding process, without using any adhesive, the Silicone and PTFE are compounded. Septa is cut into 11mm diameter shapes of the same size by automated machinery, and finally Septa and PP Cap are combined, and the production of 11mm Snap Closures is completed.

Aijiren designed Snap Closures considering that Snap does not require tools compared to Crimp Vial. It only needs to be manually sealed. However, Snap Closures is not well sealed and is not recommended for long-term sample storage. If it is only for short-term storage And customers who want to put on the lid easily can choose Snap Closures. Snap Closures and Crimp Vial are compatible, and their diameter is 11mm.
