The 9mm Screw Thread Cap produced by Aijiren is adapted to the 9mm Autosampler Vial, which is used in the autosampler, so there are two types of Cap, one is with a center hole for easy sample injection, and the other is a solid cap for easy storage of samples. Aijiren made these two kinds of Caps into 9mm screw neck, which is convenient for customers to choose according to their own usage.

Vertical lines are evenly distributed on the outside of 9mm screw closures. This is to prevent users from slipping and unable to achieve the seal during the sealing process. The vertical lines increase the friction and facilitate the use of force. Aijiren uses fully automated machines to produce 9mm screw closures, achieving the same quality between batches, and customers can purchase different types of 9mm screw closures according to their own experimental needs, including but not limited to color, septa type.

Aijiren’s automated production of Caps ensures the output of Caps and the same specifications in the same batch. The high-quality PP material is resistant to high temperature, is not easy to deform, and has a good sealing effect. Some Caps have a center hole for easy sample injection. If the customer needs a new cap, they can also make a request. We will produce a new mold, but the cost of mold processing needs to be borne by the customer. The 24mm Screw Thread Cap produced by Aijiren is available in white, black and red. The 15mm center hole confirms that the injection needle can accurately pierce the septa and take samples.
