The 9mm screw neck cap is made of high-quality polypropylene. Septa is compounded with silicone and PTFE. PTFE is extremely inert and suitable to be placed on the side facing the sample. The hardness and non-deformation of silicone ensure that the septa is automatically injected by the needle. After the puncture, the air pressure can be restored to ensure air tightness.

Aijiren can produce Screw Cap, Snap Cap and Crimp Top Cap. As long as the customer needs, Aijiren will provide the cap that matches the Vial sold by Aijiren. Aijiren’s Caps are usually divided into two types, with Center Hole and solid caps. Caps with Center Hole are more convenient for sample injection.

The 9mm Closures produced by Aijiren are produced using high-quality PP and Septa. The post-production merging work is also in place. The machine will automatically identify the appropriate Septa material for screening, and then grab the appropriate cap and place it in the combined position. Combine the cap and septa to merge, and the dual-track design greatly improves the efficiency of assembly.

Our septum uses only the highest quality materials to ensure correct function, and can be pre-cut to reduce the penetration of the needle. It is designed for single injection and/or short sample cycles, especially for liquids. For phase chromatography applications, the lack of an elastomer layer can reduce the possibility of contamination.
